Job summary

Soma, the intimate apparel brand, is seeking a Sales Associate for our Monterey, CA store. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality‑driven environment.

You'll deliver a seamless omnichannel experience, initiate authentic conversations to understand needs, and educate customers about loyalty programs. You’ll support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while maintaining an inspiring, brand‑aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for brand, fashion and empowering confidence.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Age requirements vary by state (16+ or 18+).

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
