Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Sales Associate at Store 3129 in Mission Viejo, CA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

You will contribute to merchandising, inventory, and store organization while delivering a seamless shopping experience across channels. This role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work well in a team and take initiative.
• Able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Age requirements vary by state (at least 18 in most states; some states allow 16/17).
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift up to 50 lbs, and move around sales floor and stockroom.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
