Job summary

Soma in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven environment. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and deliver personalized service across in-store and digital channels.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep while maintaining the brand's inviting atmosphere. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, and a readiness to learn new tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in select states (AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, VA) or 18+ in all other states.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
