Soma is hiring a Sales Associate in Charlottesville, VA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a store that prioritizes hospitality and teamwork.

You’ll contribute to merchandising, inventory, and a visually engaging environment, while supporting store goals and a positive atmosphere for colleagues and customers alike.

About The Role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
