IBC Bank is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the IBC Experience through efficient customer service and financial product promotion at our Miami, OK location. The role supports branch operations and fosters new customer relationships while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience interacting with people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services to walk-in customers, follow-up calls, onboarding, aisle time, and outreach activities.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the New Account Opening Process.
• Support Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed.
• Assist with teller operations and related tasks.
• Attend meetings and other events.
• Maintain individual sales performance goals.
• Respond promptly to and communicate customer complaints.
• Assist with on-the-job sales training.
• Other duties as assigned.
