Job summary

The Tile Shop LLC in Mequon, WI is seeking a dynamic sales associate to greet customers and help them select tile and related products. You will educate customers on installation and use, and work toward meeting individual sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a draw plus commission structure with first-year earnings projected from 45K to 75K, along with competitive benefits and opportunities to grow with a nationwide tile leader.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally
• Develop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesy
• Conduct follow-up customer communication
• Sell tile and related products to exceed customer expectations
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers
• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Other duties as assigned

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
