• 30-40 hours per week with BASE PAY + COMPETITIVE COMMISSION payouts

• 36+ hours qualifies individuals for a health insurance stipend

Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

1. Service customers by selling memberships and retail
2. Service existing accounts, generate new sales leads, and establish new accounts by using our proven and effective sales technique
3. Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
4. Provide energetic studio tour to potential new members
5. Work hand-in-hand with certified fitness coaches to deliver a world class product
6. Meet and exceed sales goals set by your management team
7. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, documenting conversations, and communicating with management
8. Submitting daily sales and call reports
9. Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
10. Contribute to team efforts through a positive mindset
11. Motivation for sales

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

1. BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
2. Or three to five years of industry sales experience
3. Familiarity with office software and phone systems

In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.
