Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 0367-Boonsboro Shopping Center in Lynchburg, VA.

This regular/part-time role emphasizes a customer-centered shopping experience and hospitality, with opportunities to build strong customer connections and share product knowledge. You will support merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while delivering personal, on-brand service.

About The Role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
