Job summary

Chico's Florence, SC is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment. You will connect with shoppers, support merchandising and inventory, and help maintain an inviting store that aligns with brand standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
