What a typical workday looks like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales. Here’s how:

• Welcome every customer warmly upon entry
• Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, explain product features, and suggest other items
• Be available in the fitting room to assist customers
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals (training provided)
• Prepare and display products to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and backstore
• Identify new products and share top picks with customers
• Assist customers at checkout and process transactions
• Follow policies and procedures of head office (training provided)
• Perform other duties to support the team as needed
