Job summary

Madewell is looking for a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and passion on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and work with managers to drive business success, delivering a welcoming, collaborative shopping experience.

You will engage with customers, stay current on fashion trends, and partner with teammates to ensure a seamless store operation. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

What You’ll Do

Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.

Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.

Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.

Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
