Job summary

Chico’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Leesburg, VA to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven environment. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and support store goals through teamwork and active engagement with omnichannel tools.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to learn new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old for certain states (VA included) and 18 for most other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
