Job summary

Massage Envy Largo is hiring for a customer-focused team member to assist clients, promote Total Body Care, and schedule services at our Largo location. You will greet guests, educate on services, and drive bookings while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma and retail or sales experience; strong math and computer skills and excellent people skills are valued. A flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
