Massage Envy Northshore Knoxville is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support daily operations and enhance client experiences.

You will greet guests, schedule services, educate clients on the Wellness Program, process bookings, and drive product retail while delivering outstanding service. Perks include a 14/hour base with bonuses, full-time medical, retirement options, and ongoing training in a supportive franchise environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
