Job summary

Massage Envy Concord is seeking friendly, reliable team members who deliver outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued and understood. In this role you will educate clients on Total Body Care, book services, and promote retail options while supporting clinic flow and a welcoming atmosphere.

We offer a competitive base pay of $12/hour plus unlimited bonuses and commissions, company-contributed medical for full-time staff, PTO, 401(k) after 6 months, and a rich benefits package

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
