Job summary

Massage Envy in Knoxville (9450 S Northshore Dr, STE 112) seeks a friendly sales associate to deliver excellent customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will help clients select services and retail products, schedule appointments, and contribute to a welcoming clinic flow.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with retail or sales experience; training is provided. A flexible schedule and growth opportunities accompany full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills; multitasking ability.
• Strong people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.

Qualified Candidates

• Must be 18 years or older

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
