Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Knightdale, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will help customers find the right mattress through personalized recommendations in a low-pressure shopping environment.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required; lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases. We offer a strong benefits package, PTO, and ongoing training.

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Associates the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
