Job summary

World Market is hiring for in-store associates in Keizer, Oregon. You will help customers discover products, share product knowledge, and ensure a fun and memorable shopping experience. You will handle in-store checkout and BOPIS orders, maintain displays, and assist with freight and replenishment to keep the store inviting and organized.

We value a can-do attitude, strong communication, and teamwork. All positions offer opportunities for growth; full-time and part-time associates are eligible

Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Clear and effective communication and time management.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer.
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.

What You\'ll Do

• You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer: Share your passion and knowledge for our products and help customers find the perfect \"anything.\"


• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases.
