Job summary

World Market is seeking enthusiastic team members in Wilmington, NC to enhance the in-store experience with product knowledge and friendly service. You’ll help customers find the perfect items and create a memorable shopping atmosphere.

Roles include checkout, merchandising, and stock replenishment, with opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and benefits. All applicants must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open‑minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.

What You\'ll Do
