Job summary

McCurley Honda is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. You will help customers purchase or lease new and used vehicles, guiding them through the process with a strong focus on service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in automotive sales, preferably involving luxury vehicles, and a proven ability to provide outstanding customer service throughout the car-buying journey.

Qualifications

• At least two years of automotive sales experience.
• Experience with luxury vehicles is preferred.
• Strong customer service and satisfaction focus throughout the car-buying process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles.
• Guide customers through the dealership process in compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up after sale.

McCurley Honda is searching for a hardworking and reliable person that is a highly motivated individual to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of automotive sales experience, preferably targeted to luxury vehicles and will assist customers with purchasing or leasing of new or used vehicles in accordance with dealership policies, state and federal laws. This position has a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the car buying process.

This position is based on individual performance.

Pay ranges from $36,000.00 to $129,000.00 annually.
