Job summary

McCurley is seeking a Parts Manager in Pasco, WA to oversee parts ordering, returns, and warehouse operations at our dealership.

This hands-on role requires detail orientation, the ability to operate a forklift, and lifting up to 75 lbs; you will manage shipments, invoices, and inventory.

Salary ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually with benefits including Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with ability to work independently.
• Able to operate forklift and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in processing orders and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Place, manage and track orders.
• Handle returns monthly and weekly; core returns.
• Reconcile invoices with packing lists and code to correct accounts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization; keep OH counts accurate.
• Process and track damage/transportation claims; receive shipments; ship shipments.
• Track electronic parts to ensure timely returns; notify staff of delays or damages.

Parts Manager

We are looking for a candidate that can work independently and is detail orientated. If you enjoy a fast paced environment, have multi-tasking capabilities, can operate a forklift, have the ability to prioritize, able to maneuver bulky items and lift up to 75lbs then we are looking for you.

As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Place, manage and track orders
• Returns, Monthly and weekly
• Core Returns
• Reconcile invoices with packing lists and code to correct accounts
• Manage warehouse cleanliness and keep organized
• Keep O.H. counts correct
• Process and track damage/transportation claims
• Receive shipments
• Ship shipments
• Track electronic parts making sure they are returned on time.
• Notify the appropriate staff when damage or delays
