Job summary

Spirit Halloween is looking for a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setting up, merchandising, and maintaining the seasonal store. Responsibilities include generating sales, ensuring guest services, and handling POS operations.

The ideal candidate will be at least 16 years old and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as stand/walk for prolonged periods. Note that employment is through an independent operator associated with Spirit Halloween.

Job description

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. The consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
