Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a store that reflects hospitality and brand standards. You will deliver personalized service, convert conversations into sales, and contribute to merchandising and inventory tasks.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, a team-oriented environment, and opportunities for advancement within the WHBM brand. This regular/part-time position is based at Prime Outlets Grove City, PA.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be 16+ in certain states or 18+ otherwise.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
