WHBM in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets - Pottstown location is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and provide personalized service. You will explain products, guide purchases, and contribute to merchandising and stock organization in a team-focused environment.

Applicants should be flexible, with strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to a guest-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
