Naskila Casino at Ischoopa Travel Center is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service and cashiering support. You will handle transactions, maintain a clean store, and assist guests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–6 months retail experience, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to work swing/overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Benefits include an overnight differential and team-oriented atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for transactions and balancing cash Drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.

SALES ASSOCIATEHOURLY POSITION: $15.65/HR ( plus $1.00/HR overnight shift differential)LOCATION: ISCHOOPA TRAVEL CENTERMust be flexible to work swing / overnight shifts including weekends and holidaysPURPOSE:Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Naskila’s brand promise. The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is cashiering while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. This position requires the Team Member to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively & safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus and attention to detail at the One Stop Ischoopa.SUPERVISORY SCOPE:This position directly supervises:Position(s)N/AESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.Accurately perform all financial transactions for customers utilizing the POS system and any other necessary equipment.Accurately balance cash drawer at beginning and end of shift.Understand and complete all necessary paperwork to comply with departmental Policy & Procedures.Maintain compliance with ID verification for tobacco sales.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Assist with answering incoming store phone calls.Use suggestive upselling techniques to maximize sales.Assist in stocking, rotating merchandise, and front facing of items throughout shift.In accordance with the provided schedule, clean and maintain rest rooms, fountain stations, food areas, and both customer facing and back of store areas.Clean and maintain exterior areas including gas pump islands and trash receptacles.
