Job summary

Naskila Casino is seeking a cook to prepare food production items and short order dishes for all Food & Beverage outlets. You will work under the direction of the Executive Chef, following standard recipes, keeping the cook line clean, and ensuring high quality and proper food handling at all times.

The role requires 1 year of prep/short order experience, flexibility for swing/overnight shifts including weekends and holidays, and the ability to interact professionally with guests and team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a prep cook or short order cook in high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to follow standardized written recipes.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
