Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with other team members and managers to drive business success.

Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. You will support in-store operations while upholding brand values and standards.

• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.

• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift/move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Hourly Range: $13.73 - $15.52
