White House Black Market is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Grand Rapids, MI. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a store that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.

Responsibilities include driving a customer-centered experience, initiating authentic conversations, and assisting with merchandising, inventory, and store organization to support overall performance. Nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility is required.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
