Job summary

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 3678-Woodland Shopping Center-WHBM-Grand Rapids, MI 49512. This Regular/Part time role focuses on welcoming customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering personalized service in a fashion-forward, customer-centric environment.

You will help create a seamless omnichannel experience, educate guests on loyalty programs, and support merchandising and store organization while upholding brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Deliver a customer-centered experience aligning with hospitality standards.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old for most states; some states permit 16+.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
