Chico's is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Gastonia, NC to deliver a customer-centered experience and build authentic connections. You will share product knowledge, guide customers, and create a seamless omnichannel experience while upholding brand standards and contributing to team success.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fashion, flexible for nights/weekends/holidays, and skilled in communication. You will support merchandising, inventory, and a welcoming store environment daily.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
