Job summary

Chico’s in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers with hospitality, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service across in-store and omnichannel channels. You’ll support store goals through merchandising and inventory tasks, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with teammates.

Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; applicants must be 16+ in VA.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
