Job summary

Chico’s in Gaffney, SC is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service on-site. The role supports a culture of hospitality with a focus on teamwork and customer connection in a Regular/Part time store environment.

You will assist with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization while learning our tools and processes. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
