Range USA, a retailer of indoor shooting ranges, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales. You will educate customers, process transactions, and ensure a smooth in-store experience while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Commitment to the mission of Range USA by providing the easiest and best customer service in the USA.
• Provide outstanding customer service dedicated to exceeding expectations and fostering lasting relationships.
• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill the desired experience.
• Ensure customers leave with the complete package supporting their main purchase; inform them of services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
• Conduct range customer check‑in efficiently and friendly.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process.
• Use radios to communicate with the Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues.
• Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes.
• Remain up to date on new product and industry news.
• When acting as an e‑commerce picker, check the pickup dashboard every hour and pick new orders.

Desired Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Ability to understand, recall, and follow complex compliance regulations and handle highly confidential information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.
