Job summary

Chico's in Lake Grove, NY is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a hospitality-driven, customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, build genuine connections, and provide personalized service while supporting store operations, merchandising, and inventory.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, and you will help deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
