IKEA in Emeryville, CA is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist customers with home furnishing solutions and provide expert product guidance on a fast-paced retail floor.

You will maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor, recommend top-selling items, and assemble displays for new product introductions. The role requires open availability and a background check per company policy.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
• Hourly role with open availability Monday through Sunday.
• Must pass background check.

The pay for this role is $22-28.65

The pay range for this role is $ 17.58-24.83 based on Ikea equivalent years of experience
