Description of Duties for an Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Generate lead opportunities through calls, chats, emails, social media outreach, and event marketing.
- Consult with restoration companies, roofing contractors, public adjusters, and more on how HailTrace’s solutions can grow their business
- Build strong relationships by following up on warm leads and converting them into loyal life-time customers
- Conduct online product demonstrations with confidence and uncover the customer problems that HailTrace will solve.
- Manage, track, and update all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system daily
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Opportunity to attend trade shows, conferences, and company-hosted events to network and generate leads
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and sales processes
