Job summary

CamarFit, an OrangeTheory Fitness franchise focused on HIIT, is seeking a Sales Associate to greet members, present membership options, and drive sales in a fast-paced studio.

As part of the Operations team, you will manage inquiries, support daily studio operations, and collaborate with coaches to deliver a high-energy, welcoming member experience.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours, with compensation based on experience and location, and opportunities for growth within CamFit.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community.

• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment
