Job summary

Soma in Carlsbad is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered experience and engage shoppers with product knowledge. You will help create a seamless omnichannel journey, explain loyalty programs, and support store merchandising and organization.

A strong team player attitude and ability to learn quickly are essential. Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
