Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Carlsbad, CA to deliver a customer-centered experience through product knowledge and personalized service.

You will contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintain a visually inspiring environment that reflects brand standards, while embracing teamwork and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
