Tire Discounters is hiring for Sales Associate and Sales Manager roles in the Beavercreek, OH area. You will grow store sales by building customer relationships, making daily outreach, and guiding work orders from start to finish with a focus on service and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication and multitasking, ability to stand long hours, and a valid US work authorization. Competitive pay with a store bonus and spiff program are included.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsabilités

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services.
• Drive store sales growth through daily customer calls and outreach.
• Coordinate customer work orders through to completion per policy.
• Provide outstanding customer service to each customer.
• Maintain presentation of the store interior and exterior.
• Promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Assist in the shop as needed.

Your Role as Sales Associate and Sales Manager:

Our Sales Associates and Sales Managers are the neighborhood trusted experts for auto maintenance and repair! In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you are responsible for growing sales for your store through relationshipswhile achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluates customer needs and recommends products and services accordingly.
• Drives sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
• Coordinates each customer's work order through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy, programs and procedures.
• Provides outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Takes accountability for the presentation of the property, including inside and outside the store.
• Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
• Assists in the shop as necessary.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Pay: $35,000 - $55,000+ annually

• (includes monthly spiff and store bonus)
