Job summary

Buzick Industries Corp in Ballwin, MO, a LEGO buy-sell-trade store, is seeking a dependable, people-first team member for a full-time role. You will be a visible face of the shop, helping customers find the right LEGO sets or parts and hosting birthday parties.

Join a local, tight-knit team with real variety—parties, events, sales floor, and community activities. You will greet visitors, operate the POS, assist customers, maintain a clean, welcoming space, and keep stock organized.

Responsibilities

• Host birthday parties - greet families, run build activities, keep kids engaged
• Setup and attend Expos, Events, PTA meetings, and other functions - represent the store in the community
• Work the sales floor - operate the POS, assist customers with purchases, and sell add-on items
• Customer experience - greet walk-ins, help customers find sets and minifigs, answer questions with warmth and patience
• Organization & filing - keep store tidy, in backroom and on floor; inventory and supplies
• Inventory & supplies - assist with receiving, stocking, and tracking product and store supplies
• General store support - other duties as assigned

We're a LEGO buy-sell-trade store looking for a dependable, people-first team member to join our full-time crew. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility - you'll be a visible face of the store, helping people find just the right LEGO® set or parts, host birthday parties, represent us in the community, and keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Host birthday parties - greet families, run build activities, keep kids engaged, make the experience memorable
• Setup and attend Expos, Events, PTA meetings, and other functions - display and represent the store in the community
• Work the sales floor - operate the POS, assist customers with purchases, and sell add-on items
• Customer experience - greet walk-ins, help customers find sets and minifigs, answer questions with warmth and patience
• Organization & filing - helping keep our store tidy, both in the backroom and out on the floor; inventory and supply organization, some filing.
• Inventory & supplies - assist with receiving, stocking, and tracking product and store supplies
• General store support - whatever keeps the day moving alongside the full-time team, (other duties as assigned)

What we're looking for

• Outgoing, friendly personality - comfortable speaking to a room of kids, parents, or a PTA audience (Mileage reimbursement)
• Reliable and organized; you notice what needs doing and do it
• Cares about customers and takes pride in a clean, welcoming space
• Able to lift and move product boxes (retail/backroom work)
• Available 20-40 hours/week, including weekends, especially Saturdays
