P & P Brothers Group, LLC is hiring a motivated Remote Sales Associate to drive growth in our residential and commercial construction services. This role is remote but field-based, focused on cold calling, virtual door-to-door outreach, lead management, and appointment setting.

You’ll be responsible for prospecting new clients, handling inbound interest, and converting leads into customers across roofing, concrete, and exterior services.

Earn $5,000+ per month through competitive commission and performance-based incentives. No experience in construction is necessary—we provide scripts, training, and remote support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and text to generate leads
• Set appointments and manage your sales pipeline
• Follow up with leads, provide estimates (with team help), and close deals
• Track sales activity in a CRM system
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients

Ideal Candidate:
