Saint Bernard is looking for someone that is highly motivated and self driven. The ideal candidate believes sales goals are met and exceeded through impeccable service and thoughtful clienteling. Our candidate loves fashion and styling a complete look.

The Ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashion, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrive in a sales environment.

This is a commission based position. Earning range of $60-85k/yr is based on an average to above average sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Use the appropriate levels of urgency to ensure time based tasks are completed accordingly

• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience in a luxury retail environment with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Open availability and flexibility to work nights and weekends including holidays.
• Punctual and adheres to designated work schedule.
• Works well with peers and management to accomplish goals.
• Some heavy lifting required. Replenish product on the sales floor and maintenance of back stock.
• Ability to be aware of inventory/shortage concerns and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain store standards (visual merchandising, product representation, displays, etc).
• Assist store team in any merchandise movement such as receiving, floor moves transfers and markdowns.
• Execute with all opening and closing procedures.
• Point of sale experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of the brands we carry.
• Participate in and attend all store meetings and Product Knowledge sessions
