Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Sales Associate for our Retail Operations team in Atlanta, GA. You will accurately process sales and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience.

You’ll operate the POS system, handle payments, restock shelves, maintain clean work areas, and support the team with To Go orders when needed. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a shift-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.

Responsibilities

• Process sales and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from the customer and process change.
• Provide Guest Service, floor moves, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure that the work area is clean throughout the day.
• Clean shelves, removes trash, sweep and mop work area, dust and clean.
• Resolve guest complaints or call supervisor to get assistance.
• Run end of shift procedures.
• Offer guests To Go food products.
• Properly stock and fill all retail and To Go shelves.
• Maintains Uniform Standards.
