Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to bring our brand to life on the sales floor. You will help customers discover looks that fit their style, while collaborating with teammates to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll support brand values through friendly service, fashion knowledge, and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires physical tasks like lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Are at least 18 years old.

• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.

Hourly Range: $13.73 - $15.52
