Job summary

WTVY-TV/Gray Media in Dothan, AL is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to support the Sales Department. You will assist the General Sales Manager and multimedia executives, participate in digital strategies, and help manage campaigns from setup to reporting.

This role offers ongoing training, exposure to Google Analytics, Wide Orbit Traffic, and Gray Digital products, with a focus on accuracy, client onboarding, and timely project execution in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in an office environment with teamwork and attention to detail.
• Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft Office; Wide Orbit Traffic system a plus.
• Customer service or sales support experience in Local Media is advantageous.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable is helpful.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an office environment with a strong reputation for working well with others and excellent attention to detail.
• An associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Computer and Internet literacy are required, with experience in Microsoft Office programs necessary, and Wide Orbit Traffic system is a plus.
• Customer service or sales support experience will be an advantage, especially within Local Media.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable helpful.
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must.
