Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to be the go-to partner for customers and internal teams. You will streamline communication for the sales staff, assist on the showroom floor, and help ensure orders and bids are entered accurately while supporting the installation team when needed.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, multi-department collaboration, and timely responses to customers to help them create a lifestyle they love.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment.
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.
