Ann Mashburn in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Assistant to support Sid Mashburn DC shop teams. You will assist with client appointments, coordinate alterations, and ensure a seamless Mashburn experience for every guest.

Ideal candidates are attentive, organized, and proactive, delivering exceptional service with strong written and verbal communication to build lasting relationships with clients and sales associates.

Aufgaben

• Partner with assigned sales associates daily to plan and communicate with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate all alterations for sales associate's clients including input, try-on, pickup and internal organization/documentation of those alterations for maximized customer service.
• Field all communications for the assigned sales associate(s) including phone, text, email and CRM while disseminating and organizing that communication to sales associate(s).
• Act as a liaison among assigned sales associate(s), store manager, store team and corporate partners.
• Proactively book new selling appointments for assigned sales associate(s).
• Communicate with sales associate(s) clients about upcoming special events and securing appointments in relation to those events.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their Mashburn experience was eventful while organizing follow up appointment s as needed.
• Coordinate all outbound customer shipments while communicating with the sales associate(s) and client about expected dates of arrival , tracking number and other pertinent information
• Maintain MTM orders for the clients of the assigned sales associate(s). Continuously organize client information in relationship to their current and future MTM orders .
• Maintain and update client list for sales associate(s).

WHAT IS THE JOB?

As a Sales Assistant in our Sid Mashburn DC shop , you will be responsible for a s sisting s pecific sales associates in their selling roles by organizing current appointments, pl anning a nd scheduling their business day , as sisting d uring appointments and reaching to prospective customers f o r future appointments .
