Job summary

Sid Mashburn is seeking a Store Manager for our new Charlotte shop in SouthPark. You will lead a talented team, deliver a transformational retail experience, and represent the brand in the community through events and outreach.

You will train and guide the team, influence merchandising and sales strategy, and drive business decisions to grow the shop while upholding Mashburn's values of hospitality and impeccable service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience, retail preferred.
• Proven track record in recruiting, coaching, and motivating a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while achieving store goals.
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

WHAT IS THE JOB?

As Manager in our new Sid Mashburn Charlotte shop, in Specialty Shops SouthPark, you'll be responsible for leading a talented team to deliver a transformational retail experience. You will proudly represent Mashburn in the community, engaging with a variety of organizations and influencers to help connect them with the brand through events, outreach and more. You'll also use your expertise to help train and influence the team, and drive business decisions regarding merchandising, product placement, and sales strategy.
