We’re looking for a driven, detail‑obsessed Sales Assistant to join their tight‑knit team and help our sales organization run like a well‑oiled machine.

Responsibilities

• Build sharp PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers that actually get used
• Conduct margin analysis, competitive research, and seasonal trend reports
• Manage sample shipments, PO follow‑ups, and shipping updates
• Take meticulous notes in customer and internal meetings
• Coordinate travel and cross‑functional projects

Qualifications

• Early in your career – Associate degree plus 2 years of admin/sales support experience
• Power user of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to thrive in organized chaos and reprioritize on the fly without breaking a sweat
• Solid understanding (or willingness to build) of tariffs, costing, and retail math
